Who May Register for Classes

In order to register, you must first be admitted to Columbus Technical College. If you have not been admitted, please view the Admissions Checklist and Admissions Information

If you are not currently enrolled at Columbus Technical College, for registration purposes you are a New Student. If you are a former CTC student who has been out of school for one quarter please complete the re-admit form (Re-admit Application) before registering for classes.

How to Register

  1. Review the specific registration dates and deadlines for the quarter.
  2. To complete registration, please contact your advisor to schedule an appointment to enroll.
  3. Registration is not complete until all fees are paid or Financial Aid is verified by the student in the Business Office. Please review the specific registration dates and deadlines for the quarter for specific fee payment deadlines.

A Columbus Technical College Student in good academic standing who wishes to take a class at another institution should follow the instructions and complete the Request for Transient Agreement Letter.

Privacy of Student Records

Enrollment Verification

The National Student Clearinghouse is now our authorized agent for providing degree and enrollment verifications. Students may print their own verification documents free of charge, by logging in to Banner Web and selecting the Student Services & Financial Aid menu, and then the Student Records menu. Employers and screening firms may contact the Clearinghouse directly to obtain enrollment verifications.
