Culinary Nutrition AssistantNext StepsThe Culinary Nutrition Assistant certificate program equips individuals for employment in the culinary profession as food service assistants in settings such as school cafeterias, hospitals, nursing homes or other operations of quantity food production. The program includes theory and practical application necessary for successful employment, including basic sanitation and safety skills, basic cooking and prep skills, and employment skills.
