Medical Receptionist Certificate

Program Description: This program will prepare students to become competent medical receptionists in a variety of heath care facilities such as physician's offices, clinics, long term care facilities and home health agencies. Students learn basic anatomy and physiology and medical terminology as well as computer and office procedure skills. All courses can be transferred into the Medical Assisting Diploma program.

Length of Program: 33 Credit Hours

Program Admission Requirements:

  1. Submit high school diploma or GED scores.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Meet minimum test score requirements or special admissions criteria.
