Computer Repair/Troubleshooting

The Computer Repair/Troubleshooting Course provides individuals the knowledge to Install or upgrade the current operating system. Remove and install; Hard Drives, Video
Cards, Sound Cards and Mother Boards to include: Replacing Memory and Processors.

Laptop Repair/Troubleshooting

The Computer Repair/Troubleshooting Course provides individuals the knowledge to Install or upgrade the current operating system. Remove and install; Hard Drives, Video Cards, Sound Cards and Mother Boards to include: Replacing Memory and Processors.

Server Repair/Troubleshooting

The Server Repair/Troubleshooting Course provides individuals the knowledge to Install or upgrade the current operating system. Remove and install; Hard Drives, SCSI Cards, Configure various levels of RAID. This will also allow troubleshooting of various items logged in the various event logs.

Microsoft NT/2003 Server Troubleshooting

The Microsoft NT/2003 Server Troubleshooting Course provides individuals the knowledge to Install/Upgrade troubleshoot the current operating system. To include; Active Directory, File and Print, Organizational Units, Domain Administration, RAS (Remote Access Servers), Logon Scripts and much more.

Networking in a WAN/LAN Environment

The Networking in a WAN/LAN Environment Course provide individuals the knowledge to analyze and improve network throughput by looking at; IP and Subnet Schemes. The use of Vlans to better segment traffic and reduce bottlenecks. Review and improve redundancy/disaster recovery of network equipment configuration files.

  • Microsoft Office Specialist Plan One-year contract. Fee: $690
    Entitles one person to all one-day Microsoft Office Specialist seminars for a year. Unlimited retake policy. Books included.
  • MOS Master Certification Plan One-year contract. Fee: $1100.
    Entitles one person to all five Microsoft Office Specialist Master seminars for a year and five exams.

Corporate Discounts

Entitles any employee to any one-day software seminar. Payment must be made in advance. Vouchers good for one year. Books included. Discount pricing scale below:

Classes/Schedules

Unless otherwise noted, all Computer Training classes are held in the Columbus Technical College Library Building, 928 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, GA. Our offices and classrooms are on the first floor of the Library Building. We have day and evening classes scheduled.
