Management and Supervisory Development DiplomaProgram Description The diploma program in Management and Supervisory Development enables you to acquire a broader knowledge of the field of management. You are not required to select an area of specialization, thus giving you the opportunity to take a variety of management courses. This program is for you if you are a new student and if you are already working in field but wish to enhance your acquired work experiences. You complete actual management assignments such as preparing and writing training manuals, business plans, proposals, and case studies. You will graduate from this program prepared to work as support staff and an assistant to managers in human resource offices, general business offices, small businesses and retail, and other service industries. You will upgrade your skills in order to function as a staff member assisting in warehouse management or small-business management in a team leadership position.
