Technical Studies DegreeNext StepsDegree: Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) Program Description: The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Technical Studies provides you, the graduate, with a general education core that will serve as a foundation for further advanced study in their program of choice and/or for employment. The program allows you to upgrade present knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for further education and/or job acquisition. The Technical Studies Degree Program requires a minimum of 93 quarter-credit hours, to include a minimum of 36 credit hours in general education and 57 credit hours in occupational preparation as specified in the curriculum outline below.
